New caravans for sale
Our exciting new quality development of 19 new caravan and 5 new lodge bases is now ready for occupation. Set amongst 18 acres of land adjacent to our existing Park the caravan bases surround picturesque Yew Tree and Marsh Lakes, with an abundance of amenity area. The lodge bases are on the adjacent corner of C Lake.
Layout plans are now available and the first bases have already been reserved so register your interest now to have the best choice of pitch.
The new plots feature full concrete bases, piped gas, private parking, decked terrace, cabled television point and wireless broadband facility. All but 2 plots are lakeside with private fishing for specimen carp, catfish and silver fish included.

Secondhand static caravans for sale
At Waveney Valley Lakes we occasionally have static caravans for sale on exceptionally attractive plots suitable for anglers and non anglers. Please note that these are holiday homes and may not be used except for holiday or recreational accommodation and there is no right to reside in or use the same as your only or main residence. The caravan park may not be used as a mailing address. Our intention is to maintain a quiet and peaceful holiday site, and for this reason we are unsuitable for families with young children.
The yearly licence fees for 2010/11 are £3032 and include VAT, rates, septic charges, water supplies, refuse collection and fishing rights for up to 4 rods in plots which have a private fishing swim included. A metered electricity supply is provided and electricity is charged for at our cost price. Licences must be in one person’s name, and whilst no sub letting is allowed, immediate family members can use the caravan.
F Lake: 2.5 acres with private caravans sited only along one side giving marvellous views of the natural far bank. Good stocks of carp and coarse fish including tench and crucian carp.
