At Waveney Valley Lakes we occasionally have static caravans for sale on exceptionally attractive plots suitable for anglers and non anglers. Please note that these are holiday homes and may not be used except for holiday or recreational accommodation and there is no right to reside in or use the same as your only or main residence. The caravan park may not be used as a mailing address. Our intention is to maintain a quiet and peaceful holiday site, and for this reason we are unsuitable for families with young children.

The yearly licence fees for 2011/12 are £3246 and include VAT, rates, septic charges, water supplies, refuse collection and fishing rights for up to 4 rods in plots which have a private fishing swim included. A metered electricity supply is provided and electricity is charged for at our cost price. No sub letting is allowed but immediate family members can use your holiday home.
