A new exciting development, this is the opportunity to own your own luxurious second home here at Waveney Valley Lakes. You can escape here for short breaks and holidays at anytime of the year whenever you wish to escape the pressures of work or home.

Various models are available for purchase and siting onto vacant bases, and lodges may be personalised to include a wealth of extras if desired. With good levels of insulation and full central heating they are suitable for use all year round. The holiday homes are fully furnished and our prices include steps and sun verandah large enough to accommodate table, chairs and barbecue. Each plot has private parking with path to unit. Garden store provided.

A new lodge comes with a 35yr licence. Site fees and insurance are paid until March 2013.

C-Lake

Choose between 4 new lakeside bases, each suitable for the lodge of your choice with its own private fishing swim. The 4 plots are to be developed in the near future, they are the largest plots at Waveney Valley Lakes, and have some of the best carp fishing in the UK. Current stocks include 6 carp over 30lb with at least 35 fast growing fish over 25lb, a lake for the future. All plots will be fenced and gated, with private parking for two cars and your own private fishing swim for 4 rods to the far bank. All lodges are sited on one side of the lake giving fantastic views to the far tree line. Egyptian Geese, Grebes and Kingfishers are seen daily on this lake.
