Our Sales Office can provide all the information you need to purchase a private caravan or lodge with unlimited use for holidays all year round. The cost of a caravan can be as little as £14,995, or from £50,000 for a new one. Lodges start at £145,000. An annual licence fee covers the pitch fee and rates as well as septic charges, rubbish collection and fishing for up to 4 rods for the whole season in your private garden swim.

We are proud to be members of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association and our holiday home licences are based on the standard agreement published by them. A copy is available on request. Your holiday home conforms to the legal definition of a caravan or mobile home. Licences offered are for a period of 15 (caravans) or 35 (lodges) years, and the balance of these periods on previously owned units. The lease allows use at any time of the year, but it may not be used as a permanent residence, and you must supply us with your permanent address. This prevents you from registering with a local NHS doctor, and stops any children receiving state education locally. You may still use the local doctors on the same grounds as holidaymakers in the local area can.

Your annual pitch fees include drainage, refuse collection, rates and maintenance of the common areas of the Park. Most pitches may benefit from private fishing included, please refer to the individual sales particulars. Water and electricity is metered individually.

Please note that our Site Rules do not allow sub-letting, so guests are only allowed whist you are in residence. Use is restricted to close family members – see our Site Rules for full details.

We do not “pressure sell” but merely wish to make our clients totally aware of the commitment they are making when purchasing. We therefore supply copies of Licences and Site Rules which we ask customers to fully read and understand before signing any contract.
